The Scrum of 2025 was in its eleventh year as the fifth generation van and wagon, with a CVT in the wagon and most van grades since the March 2024 change, a part time four wheel drive with the three modes 2WD, 4WD Auto and 4WD Lock in the wagon, and LED headlamps. The truck, the Mazda badged Suzuki Carry, was a cab over kei truck with an R06A engine and a long list of safety equipment. The front grille and bumpers of the Scrum van and wagon were the same as those of the Every, and the truck the same as the Carry.
