The facelifted Discovery Sport was revealed on 21 May 2019. It moved to Jaguar Land Rover's Premium Transverse Architecture, shared with Jaguar's E-Pace and the new Evoque, and which allows 48-volt mild-hybrid and plug-in hybrid engines. There were new bumpers with a widened track, LED lighting, a new grille, 21-inch wheels as an option for the first time, Luxtex recycled-polyester upholstery and the Touch Pro infotainment system with a 10.25-inch touchscreen.
