2008 Land Rover Defender

Automobiles

Land Rover's 60th anniversary in 2008 was marked by the Defender SVX, three special models painted black with satin graphics and the 60th logo on the sides and bonnet, five-spoke alloy wheels, a silver grille and new headlamps with built-in sidelights. Inside were Recaro front bucket seats and a Garmin satellite navigation system, with the standard 2.4-litre diesel. Besides a 90 and a 110, a new 90 soft top was the first soft-top model through UK showrooms since 1992.
