The third generation Jazz reached Thailand on 18 June 2014 and Indonesia on 26 June, and the U.S. model debuted at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit that year and was sold from June 2014 as a 2015 model. In North America the third generation replaced the SOHC engine with a 1.5 liter DOHC i-VTEC with direct injection, and transmission options include a 6 speed manual or a CVT with available paddle shifters. A Black Top Limited Edition was launched in Indonesia at the 22nd Indonesia International Motor Show in September 2014.
