Honda Element (single generation)

Automobiles

The Honda Element had a single generation, marketed in North America for model years 2003 to 2011 and noted for its boxy exterior styling with bi parting side doors and its boxy, flexible interior layout. Its structure eliminates the B pillars by reinforcing the side sills, floor and roof cross members, with four side doors that open to a clear aperture of 1,410 millimeters. The production Element was first shown at the 2002 New York auto show, and its 2.4 liter four cylinder i-VTEC K engine made 160 hp in 2003 through 2006 and 166 hp from 2007 to 2011. Each model year has its own page.
