Released in April 1987, the JE was the final series of Camira, and Holden now fitted the multi point fuel injected 2.0 liter engine to replace the 1.8 liter unit, delivering 85 kilowatts. The automatic transaxle in the JE sported a lockup torque converter, and styling changes were minor from the JD with a thin grille up front and larger 14 inch wheels. This page belongs to the Holden Camira model on its Holden make page, and it links to the generation and the neighbouring model years so that the whole run of the model can be followed in order.
