Honda has built the N-One, a kei car, since 2012, in two generations. It is a five door hatchback with retro styling and either front wheel drive or all wheel drive. The N prefix was previously used for the late 1960s and 1970s N360; for the new N lineup, the N represents New, Next, Nippon and Norimono. The N-One was released in November 2012 as the third model in the N series of kei cars, which began with the N-Box launched in December 2011, and it is the successor to the Zest. A battery electric version, the N-One e:, went on sale in September 2025, and a revised widebody version called the Super-One was first exhibited at the 2025 Japan Mobility Show. This site lists a page for every model year in the span covered here, each focused on what changed in that year, grouped into 2 generations: the first generation (2012 to 2019 model years); the second generation (2020 to 2026 model years). Each year page links to its generation, to this model page, to the previous model year and to Honda.
