The Transit Custom of 2018 used the 2.0 litre EcoBlue turbodiesel that replaced the earlier 2.2 litre Duratorq in 2017, which met Euro 6 emissions standards. It was a front wheel drive mid size van with an updated look, and the Tourneo Custom was the passenger version. The Transit Custom was Ford's mid size van, in the Transit range between the Transit Connect and the larger Transit. Passenger versions were sold as the Tourneo Custom, and the van was developed by Ford of Europe.
