The Tourneo Courier was unveiled on 15 May 2023 with a crossover inspired Active trim and a battery electric model, as part of the second generation. In Mexico the Transit Courier was dropped in 2023 because of low sales, and it was eventually replaced there by the Transit Custom. It was marketed mainly in Europe by Ford of Europe, with a leisure version called the Tourneo Courier. The Transit Courier was the smallest van in the Ford Transit range, based on the Fiesta platform.
