A Regular Cab debuted for the F 450 pickup in 2019, until which the F 450 had only been offered as a Crew Cab, and the trucks were offered as a Regular Cab, SuperCab or Crew Cab, with short or long beds. The 2019 Super Duty was the fourth generation, with an aluminium body. Ford assembles the trucks at the Kentucky Truck Plant in Louisville and at Ohio Assembly in Avon Lake. The Super Duty is a dedicated heavy duty variant of the F Series, sold above the F 150 with Power Stroke diesel engines as an option.
