A mid cycle facelifted Mk IV Mondeo was introduced in September 2010, with new EcoBoost engines, LED daytime running lights and minor front and rear changes, the biggest being the new Kinetic Design theme, and an interior improved with better materials. The final changes were shown at the 2010 Moscow International Motor Show. The Ghia trim line was removed in the United Kingdom, so the Titanium took over as top of the range.
