1935 Ford Model Y

Automobiles

By gradually improving production efficiency and simplifying the body design, the cost of a Popular Model Y was reduced to 100 pounds, making it the cheapest true four seater saloon ever, although most customers were persuaded to pay extra for a less austere version. In 1935 the styling of the larger Model C was enhanced with some small modifications and the model designated the CX. A 5 hundredweight van was also offered.
