2000 Ford Festiva

Automobiles

The second generation Festiva remained on sale in Australia until 2000, when the Ford Ka replaced it. Kia had meanwhile developed its next small car, the Rio, entirely on its own and ended its partnership with Ford, which had begun with licence building of Mazda designs. The Festiva was a small Mazda designed hatchback that Ford sold in several markets, some of them under other names. Kia in South Korea built most of the cars sold under the Festiva and Aspire names, and sold the same design as the Pride and the Avella.
