2003 Ford Escort (Europe)

Automobiles

In 2003, after the European vans had stopped, the Escort hatchback and estate continued to be made in Argentina, where they were sold alongside their successor, the Focus, during the final stages of production. Argentina had been building the car since the fifth generation in the early 1990s, using locally produced bodies with Volkswagen derived engines in the top versions in the days of the AutoLatina joint venture.
