The facelifted Edge was first shown at the 2018 Detroit Auto Show in the United States, where the Ford Edge ST was also introduced, with a 2.7 liter EcoBoost twin turbo V6 of 335 horsepower, 20 more than the 2018 Sport that used the same engine. The 2019 Edge went on sale in the second quarter of 2018 as an early 2019 model. In Australia the 2018 Edge was sold as the Endura, the successor to the Territory.
