The Limited trim level replaced the SEL Plus in 2008, with leather trimmed seats and optionally a six way power front passenger seat, an EasyFold second row seat back release, dual zone automatic temperature control, the SYNC connectivity system and 18 inch premium chrome clad wheels. The Sport trim level debuted at the 2008 Chicago Auto Show, ahead of its sales in the 2009 model year. The Edge was built at Oakville Assembly in Ontario.
