1981 Ford Corcel

Automobiles

Venezuelan assembly of the Corcel II began on 30 October 1981, and the Del Rey, with a more upright roofline and a four door body, was introduced the same year. A station wagon Del Rey, called the Scala, differed from the Belina only in trim and in the front design. Ford do Brasil gained the design when it bought Willys do Brasil in 1967. The Corcel was a front wheel drive family car that Ford sold in Brazil and neighbouring countries, built on Renault underpinnings.
