Volvo 262C

Automobiles

The Volvo 262C is a luxury coupe made by Volvo from 1977, as a 1978 model, until 1981. It is based on the 264 six-cylinder saloon and was designed in-house by Jan Wilsgaard of Volvo, but it was built by Bertone in Turin, Italy. The source article gives the model only a short lead, so this entry records what that lead states: the production years, the coupe body, the saloon it is based on, the in-house designer and the Italian coachbuilder that built it.
