The fourth generation Town and Country was redesigned on the Chrysler RS platform and was initially available only in long wheelbase form, with the short wheelbase minivan sold as the Chrysler Voyager until that nameplate was dropped after 2003. It introduced the Stow N Go second and third row seating that folded completely into the floor in 2005, and a rectangular eggcrate grille borrowing from the PT Cruiser at the 2005 mid cycle update. It was built by Chrysler Canada at Windsor Assembly. Its model years run from 2001 to 2007.
