2005 Chevrolet Suburban

For 2005 the Suburban had new updated body side moldings, and barn doors were discontinued in favor of the formerly optional liftgate. The Z71 also featured updated side pillar emblems, and the Suburban tailgate emblem returned on Z71 models, where a Z71 badge had been used in the years 2001 to 2004. The 2005 Suburban 1500 won a J.D. Power award. The 2005 Suburban 1500 won a J.D. Power award. The Z71 trim was the off road version of the Suburban.
