Production of the Cruze in China ended in February 2020, following stronger sales of the Chevrolet Monza in that market. In the United States and Mexico production had ended in 2019, and production in South Korea had ended in 2018 as part of the restructuring of GM Korea, which in turn ceased supply of the Holden Astra sedan to Australasia, while production continued in Argentina. China was the last market outside Argentina to build the car.
