During the 2016 model year, four exterior colors were phased out and a new one, Admiral Blue, was added at the end of the production run. Three design packages were offered on top trim cars, the Twilight Blue, Spice Red and Jet Black Suede packages, along with the Z06 C7.R Edition. The Z06 C7.R Edition, available only with 3LZ trim, was primarily an appearance package with a jet black leather and faux suede interior, competition sport seats and yellow contrast stitching.
