2010 BMW X6

Automobiles

By 2010 a new 40d diesel was added to the range of the E71 X6, replacing the 35d, and the diesels had formed the basis of BMW's diesel launch in all fifty states in late 2008. The X6 was built at Greer in South Carolina alongside the X5, with an ActiveHybrid and an M version in the range as well as the xDrive35i and xDrive50i. The 40d replaced the 35d diesel in the range, and both were the diesels sold in the United States at that time.
