1983 BMW 3 Series (E21)

Automobiles

E21 production finished in December 1983, after about eight and a half years and a total of 1,364,039 cars, of which 4,595 were Baur TopCabriolets. The last E21 built was the 315 economy model, produced alongside the early E30 cars. Most of the car's design cues, from the driver angled console to the kidney grille, became part of BMW's interior design philosophy for years. The two door body shape had stayed the only choice throughout the run.
