2026 BMW 2 Series

Automobiles

The G42 2 Series coupe continued in 2026 as the second generation of the coupe, and the only member of the 2 Series family to keep the rear wheel drive layout. It was made at San Luis Potosi, Mexico, and sold with the M2 as its performance version, while the 2 Series Active Tourer and Gran Coupe provided the front wheel drive part of the range. It was the sixth model year of the G42 since it was first built in September 2021.
