From late 1985, after BL discontinued use of the Morris name, the Metro van was sold as the Austin Metro 310, and after the Austin badge was also dropped from the car models it became simply the Metrovan 310. The Mark II Metro of 1985 was the Austin Metro in its second series, built at Longbridge, which remained the most popular small car of the Austin range. The van was a commercial version. The van was last sold under the Morris name in 1985.
