The Suzuki X-90 is a two-door, two-seat off-road automobile with sports car elements that Suzuki made and sold between 1995 and 1997. It was derived from the Suzuki Vitara, had a removable T-top roof and replaced the Samurai in the United States. It debuted as a concept car at the 1993 Tokyo Motor Show, and the production car went on sale in Japan toward the end of 1995 and in western markets in April 1996. Sales were small, with 1,348 sold in Japan and 7,205 imported into the United States, and the last cars sold in 1999. It used a 1.6 litre 16-valve four-cylinder engine of 95 PS with four-wheel or rear-wheel drive. Top Gear Magazine and Motor Trend later placed it on their lists of the worst cars of recent decades.
