The Suzuki GSX-S750 is a standard motorcycle that Suzuki has made since 2015. Its 749 cc, 16-valve, inline-four engine is derived from a sports bike and was modified and retuned for more usable torque at low revs, for commuting and cruising at slower speeds. Its predecessor, the GSR750, had been sold in European markets since 2011, while Suzuki sold the same motorcycle with a different body in the USA under the GSX-S750 name in 2015 and 2016. Compared with the GSR750 it has a new exhaust to meet Euro 4 and California emission standards, a tapered handlebar, a new swing-arm, a revised air box and ventilation holes in the bottom of each cylinder, and a longer top gear that keeps the top speed at about 250 km/h. Registering it in the EU, EFTA or the UK becomes illegal from 1 January 2023 unless it is updated to Euro 5.
