Suzuki GS150R

Motorcycles and Powered Two- and Three-Wheelers

The Suzuki GS150R is a 150 cc motorcycle from Suzuki Motorcycle India, launched in November 2008. With it the company entered the highly competitive 150 cc segment of the Indian market, and it says the bike sits between the two Indian 150 cc classes, commuter and premium. The GS150R has a sixth gear for cruising on highways, and it was named Motorcycle of the Year 2010 up to 160 cc by NDTV Profit Car Bike Awards 2010. A relatively traditional variant, the Suzuki GS150, is made by Pak Suzuki and sold in Pakistan, with a similar version sold in the Philippines as the Suzuki Mola 150. It has a single cylinder four stroke engine with a peak output of 13.8 hp, a dry weight of 114 kg, a front disc brake and a rear drum brake, and a flat seat suited to the way women in Pakistan sit behind the rider.
