The Neoplan Skyliner is a double-decker touring coach that German manufacturer Neoplan introduced in the 1970s, built with a full upper deck of forward-facing seating over a lower deck holding the driver, luggage space and additional seating. Marketed for long-distance and charter coach service rather than urban transit, it became one of the best known double-decker coaches in Europe and helped establish Neoplan's reputation for distinctive, high-capacity touring bus design.
