Hyundai Santa Cruz

Trucks and Commercial Road Vehicles

The Hyundai Santa Cruz is a four-door compact pickup truck that Hyundai manufactures and markets, released in 2021 for the 2022 model year as the first four-door pickup the company has sold in the North American market. It is based on the Tucson crossover SUV, shares the fourth-generation Tucson's project code, production site and dashboard design, and uses a unibody chassis; Hyundai markets it as a Sport Adventure Vehicle. It was previewed by a concept pickup of the same name at the 2015 North American International Auto Show and the production car debuted in April 2021. The base car is front-wheel drive with an optional HTRAC all-wheel-drive system that can send up to half of the drive power to the rear wheels, and a naturally aspirated 2.5 litre four-cylinder gasoline engine of 191 horsepower is standard, with a turbocharged 2.5 litre also offered. A facelift was revealed on 27 March 2024, and Hyundai has reportedly planned to end production in 2026.
