The Hyundai Getz was a supermini that Hyundai made from 2002 to 2011 in three- and five-door hatchback bodies over a single generation, sold worldwide except in the United States, Canada and China. It began as the Hyundai TB concept at the 2001 Tokyo Motor Show and premiered globally at the 2002 Geneva Motor Show, designed at Hyundai's European engineering centre in Germany. It was built at Ulsan in South Korea from 2002 to 2011 and at the Hyundai Motor India plant in Chennai from 2004 to 2009, and it carried many names: Hyundai Click in South Korea, Getz Prime in India, TB in Japan, Inokom Getz in Malaysia and Dodge Brisa in Venezuela. A facelift in autumn 2005 added revised styling, a new 1.4-litre petrol engine and an updated 1.5-litre diesel for Europe. The i20 in Europe and the Accent RB in South Korea succeeded it, and production ended in 2011.
