Gordon Murray Automotive S1 LM

The Gordon Murray Automotive S1 LM, called the Special One, is the first and most exclusive model from Gordon Murray Special Vehicles, the division of Gordon Murray Automotive that builds micro-run commissions. It was shown at Monterey Car Week in 2025 as a road-legal homage to the Le Mans winning McLaren F1 GTR, with a carbon-fibre body, a deep front splitter and a dual-element rear wing. A bespoke 4.3-litre naturally aspirated V12 sings past 12,100 rpm and drives through a six-speed manual gearbox, with the driver seated in the centre. Only five cars will exist. The first chassis sold at auction in Las Vegas in November 2025 for 20,630,000 dollars, which the company called the highest price ever paid for a new car at auction, excluding charity sales.
