The GM New Look bus, nicknamed the fishbowl for its large curved windshield, is a transit bus that General Motors produced from 1959 into the early 1980s, sold in large numbers to city transit systems across the United States and Canada. Its distinctive rounded styling and simplified underlying design made it one of the most common transit buses in North America for a generation, and surviving examples remain popular with transit museums and enthusiasts.
