The Dallara T12, also called the Dallara FR35-12, is a racing car built by the Italian manufacturer Dallara for the World Series Formula V8 3.5, a championship that grew out of the World Series by Renault top category. It is the third generation of car used by that series and was introduced at Silverstone on 24 August 2011. Its chassis carries a new 530 bhp V8 engine from the British firm Zytek Motorsport, designated ZRS03, together with a new gearbox developed by Ricardo and a drag reduction system like the one first used in Formula One in 2011. Because the series is a spec championship, the T12 is raced by every team and driver on the grid, and it succeeded the Dallara T08.
