The DF11G is a twin unit semi-high-speed diesel-electric locomotive used on the national railway system of the People's Republic of China, built by the Qishuyan Locomotive and Rolling Stock Works, now part of CRRC Qishuyan. It is a six axle passenger diesel locomotive that is almost exclusively used back to back, as two semi-permanently coupled units. The class was built in two batches that differ in the voltage of the head-end power supplied to the train. In the first batch head-end power is supplied as three-phase AC at 380 V, while the second batch supports DC 600 V. The class belongs to the DF11 family of passenger diesel locomotives, and the article lists the DF11 and DF11Z as related classes.
