Cessna Citation Hemisphere

General Aviation and Light Aircraft

The Cessna Citation Hemisphere was a business jet project by Cessna, announced in November 2015 and expected to fly in 2019. Cessna designed it for a cruise speed of Mach 0.9 and a range of 4,500 nautical miles, with a fuselage 102 inches in diameter and a cabin for 12 passengers, powered by two Safran Silvercrest turbofans of 12,000 pounds of thrust each. Development was suspended in April 2018 because of a delay in the development of the Safran Silvercrest engines.
