The Activa 6G came in 2020 as the BS-VI generation, adding PGM-FI fuel injection and, depending on variant, telescopic front suspension. HMSI brought out the Activa 6G 20th Anniversary Edition in November 2020 to mark 20 years of the Activa in India, with anniversary badging and graphics and a unique colour scheme, and no mechanical change from the standard Activa 6G. The Activa 6G won Scooter of the Year at the Jagran HiTech Awards in 2020.
