Honda and NHTSA issued a recall in January 2016 for 2010 through 2016 VT750C, CA and CS, VT750C2, C2F and C2S, and VT750C2B models, since vibration from the engine could rub the bank angle sensor wire against the joint connector of the wire harness, so that the sensor signal was lost. Honda had received reports of engine stall or misfire dating back to 2013. This page belongs to the Honda Shadow (Aero, Spirit, Phantom and RS), 2004 model year onward; the generation page and the Honda Shadow model page link to the other model years, so the changes of neighbouring years can be read in order.
