In 2006 Honda gave the Rincon an update in response to customer requests. The Rincon 650 became the Rincon 680 when the engine grew from 649 cc to 675 cc, officially the TRX680FA and TRX680FGA, and electronic programmed fuel injection arrived with a rollover sensor, front disc brakes, improved fuel mileage and automatic altitude and temperature compensation. New colors included NaturalGear Camouflage.
