1986 Honda TRX250R

Honda introduced the TRX250R for the 1986 model year in answer to the Suzuki LT250R, which had come out the year before. Honda took many parts from the three wheeled ATC250R, among them the engine and rear suspension, but reduced the compression and made the porting less aggressive to detune the engine, so that the added weight of the four wheeler would not harm reliability.
