The Isuzu Geminett II was a light van that Isuzu sold in Japan from September 1988 under an OEM supply from Fuji Heavy Industries, now Subaru. It was the third-generation Subaru Leone Estate Van with an Isuzu grille, emblems and steering wheel mark, and it was a size larger than its Suzuki-built predecessor, putting it in the class of the Toyota Corolla Van, Nissan AD Van, Mitsubishi Lancer Van and Mazda Familia Van. Only one engine was offered, the 1600 cc EA71 water-cooled horizontally opposed four-cylinder OHV petrol unit, with front-wheel drive or part-time four-wheel drive and a five-speed manual gearbox. It sold better than the earlier van, to transport and bus operators and to police and fire services, until it was folded into the Fargo Van in July 1993.
