The Ford LCF, short for Low Cab Forward, was a medium-duty cab-over truck that Ford sold from 2006 to 2009. It was the first cab-over Ford had offered since selling the rights to the Cargo design in North America to Freightliner in 1996, and was developed as a Class 4/5 truck to compete with the Isuzu NPR and its Chevrolet and GMC rebadges, in dump, fire, tow, box, crane, flatbed and stake body forms. Built in the Blue Diamond joint venture with Navistar International at General Escobedo, Mexico, alongside the F-650 and F-750 Super Duty, it used an F-450/F-550 Super Duty chassis, the cab of the Japanese-market Mazda Titan and a single 4.5-litre V6 derived from the 6-litre PowerStroke, and Navistar sold it as the International CF, renamed CityStar in 2008. Sales were slow and both makers dropped it after 2009, leaving it the last cab-over Ford sold in North America.
