Falcon Heavy

Falcon Heavy is a partially reusable heavy-lift launch vehicle that SpaceX first flew in 2018, built by strapping two modified Falcon 9 first stages to a Falcon 9 core as side boosters, giving it roughly twice the payload capacity of a standard Falcon 9. Its debut flight, which famously carried a Tesla Roadster as a test payload, and its subsequent landings of multiple boosters demonstrated a low-cost path to heavy-lift capability built from a single reusable rocket family rather than a purpose-built giant booster.
