1987 Honda Gold Wing

Motorcycles and Powered Two- and Three-Wheelers

The 1987 GL1200I got a new seat with three stage foam, and its weight stayed the same in the last year of the four cylinder Gold Wing Interstate. The Aspencade swapped its audio system for an improved Panasonic one, and the GL1200A got the same new seat and some formerly optional amenities as standard in its final year, raising its dry weight to 743 pounds. Honda returned to carburetors for 1987 after the fuel-injected SE-i.
