2000 Honda Stream

Automobiles

Sales of the first generation Honda Stream began in Japan on 27 October 2000. It was mostly a Civic, with the same flat chassis made 100 mm longer to fit the third row of seats. Honda's brochures and advertising call it a sporty 7 seater. At launch in Japan, the 1.7 liter, in G and L grades, was available with a four speed automatic and either front or four wheel drive, while the 2.0 liter, in iL and iS grades, was only sold with front wheel drive and a five speed automatic.
