This is the high performance version of the current BMW 8 Series, sold by the M division since 2019. It was introduced in June 2019 as a coupe and convertible, a four door Gran Coupe was added that October, and it took over from the M6 as the largest car of the M range. Its name came back through the M8 GTE race car, the first time BMW had shown the racing version before the road car. This site gives every generation and every model year its own page, in one generation: the F91, F92 and F93 (2019 to present).
