The 2021 model year is the last of the tenth generation. The last car built at Honda of the UK Manufacturing, a Civic sedan for the United States market, rolled off the line on 28 July 2021 and the Swindon plant closed on the 30th, ending UK Civic Hatchback production. Honda built the tenth-generation Civic in Sumare, Brazil until November 2021, the last generation built there. Honda released the eleventh generation in June 2021 (the 16th) as a 2022 model.
