Honda dropped the front wheel drive EX-L from the Passport lineup in 2022, as part of the 2023 model year, which made all wheel drive standard on every Passport sold, so buyers no longer had a front wheel drive choice. The lineup was by then EX-L, TrailSport and Elite, with the TrailSport coming standard with an all wheel drive system tuned for off road use, a synthetic leather trimmed interior, orange stitching and all weather floor mats.
