1997 Honda Odyssey (North America)

Automobiles

The Odyssey passed 300,000 sales by September 1997, making it Honda's quickest selling new car and beating the record held by the Civic. Japan received a V6 version in October 1997, while North America still sold the Odyssey with four cylinder engines and front wheel drive only. The EX trim seated six, with two removable captain's chairs in the second row instead of a bench, and came with a roof rack, alloy wheels and a power moonroof.
